About Us
Parrish TAS is an association management company and a member of the AMC Institute. We provide full-service and à la carte management and executive director services for associations, societies, certification boards, and foundations.
Our story
Parrish TAS was founded in 2025 by Micah Parrish and Laura Pacini. Our goal is to give volunteer-led associations reliable, professional management, with one dedicated contact and a team behind them.
Micah brings more than 25 years of experience in technology, including systems and member database work. Laura brings many years of experience running operations for a non-governmental organization overseas.
We serve clients remotely, and on-site in and near Fort Collins, Colorado.
What we do
We manage the day-to-day operations of member organizations: administration, membership, board and governance support, meetings and events, communications, and financial administration. We also provide executive director services.
Clients choose full-service management or select individual services. Optional technology and systems administration is also available.
We keep your board informed, respond promptly, and put responsibilities in writing.
Deadlines are met, renewals stay on schedule, and nothing waits for the next board meeting.
Your board sets direction. We bring decisions to the board and carry them out.
Processes and records stay with your association, not with any one person.
Our team
Every client has a dedicated association manager, a designated backup, and access to our in-house specialists.
Founder
Micah leads client engagements and serves as the primary contact for boards. He brings more than 25 years of experience in technology and currently serves as executive director of the Transaction Processing Performance Council (TPC). He is currently enrolled in the AIMS Nonprofit Leadership Academy program.
Co-founder, Operations
Laura oversees operations and provides backup coverage for client accounts. She brings many years of experience running operations for a non-governmental organization overseas.
Editing and Administrative Support
Marceline provides editing, proofreading, and administrative support for client communications.
Bookkeeping
Janielle provides bookkeeping and maintains financial records for clients, in coordination with each board's financial controls and outside CPA.
